Hundreds gathered April 29 at Cleveland's Windows On The River to salute Brent Larkin, Voices' 2011 Champion for Children, and Cediric Thorbes, the first-ever Youth Champion.Matt Miller – author, columnist, radio host and consultant whose work focuses on agenda setting ideas and creative problem-solving in the public, private and nonprofit sectors – gave the keynote speech.
